End-of-Life and Anticipatory Grief Counselling

There are seasons in life when everything feels tender.

A life-limiting diagnosis.

Supporting someone you love as their health declines.

Preparing for goodbye.

End-of-life and anticipatory grief counselling offers a steady, compassionate space to explore what is unfolding — emotionally, practically, spiritually and relationally.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and a nervous system–aware approach, honouring both the psychology and the humanity of this sacred threshold.

I recently completed training with Denis Love in End of Life Care, gaining deeper insight into what this transition can look like when supported with dignity, clarity and presence. And with my extensive Grief counselling with Dr Greg Roberts, it strengthened my capacity to walk alongside individuals and families in a way that feels both grounded and deeply human.

How I Can Support You

For Individuals with Life-Limiting Illness

A space to process identity shifts, fear, grief, spiritual questions and the unknown — at your pace, without urgency.

We can also gently explore your Advance Care Directive, helping clarify your wishes so that your values are honoured and your loved ones feel supported.

For Families & Loved Ones

If you are supporting someone who is dying, you may be carrying both practical responsibility and private grief.

This space offers:
• Emotional support
• Nervous system regulation tools
• Space to prepare for conversations
• Gentle processing of anticipatory grief

You do not have to hold this alone.

Navigating Grief & Death Anxiety

Grief often begins before the loss.

Through a nervous system–informed lens, we make sense of anxiety, numbness, exhaustion, or fear — allowing space for connection, meaning-making and care.

We approach conversations about death gently, respectfully, and without imposing belief systems.

End-of-life work is not only practical — it is relational.

Whether you are walking toward, through, or alongside this threshold, you are welcome here.

This is a space of steadiness, compassion, and respectful presence.
