Road Trauma counselling
If your life has been touched by road trauma, you do not have to navigate the emotional aftermath alone.
The Road Trauma Support Team of South Australia (RTST) offers free, professional counselling to people impacted by road trauma - whether you were involved as a driver or passenger, supported an injured or bereaved loved one, or were affected as a witness, bystander or emergency service worker.
Road trauma does not always show up immediately.
You may have been impacted months or even years ago and are only now noticing that support could be helpful. That is valid, and support is still available.
If you are located in Williamstown / Gawler, SA or surrounding regions, I can assist with a referral through RTST and provide counselling to support you in processing the emotional and nervous system impacts of your experience.
Alternatively, you are very welcome to reach out to me directly to explore whether RTST support is suitable for you, or to talk through other counselling options that feel right.
How to Access Support
To contact the Road Trauma Support Team of South Australia directly, you can call 0400 705 066.
For more information about eligibility and services, you can also visit the RTST website.
If you’d prefer a gentle conversation first, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can explore next steps together.
With warmth,
Kate
