From Depletion to Vitality: Why I Created 'Restore Your Rhythm

There are moments in life that change everything. For me, that moment came in my early thirties when my body simply said "enough." Chronic fatigue, gut issues, and a nervous system that felt perpetually overwired forced me to stop and listen—really listen when I found myself bedridden for 12 months —to what my body had been trying to tell me for years.

Like many women I now support, I had spent years ignoring the whispers of exhaustion until they became screams. I pushed through, gave more than I had, and wore my busyness like a badge of honour. Until I couldn't anymore.

The Journey That Led Me Here

My path to healing wasn't linear. It required me to become a student of my own body, to understand the intricate language of my nervous system, and to recognise that true healing isn't just about managing symptoms—it's about coming home to ourselves.

Through my own recovery journey, I discovered that sustainable wellbeing requires more than just surface-level self-care. It demands a deep understanding of our nervous system, a compassionate approach to our patterns, and practical tools that work in real life.

This discovery transformed not only my personal health but also my professional path as a counsellor and yoga teacher. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of guiding women through their own journeys of healing and transformation, witnessing the profound shifts that occur when we learn to listen to and honour our body's wisdom.

Introducing: Restore Your Rhythm

Today, I'm thrilled to announce the culmination of this life's work: Restore Your Rhythm, an 8-week online journey into nervous system regulation and embodied self-care. This program brings together everything I've learned, practiced, and taught over the past decade—both from my personal healing journey and from supporting countless women in reclaiming their vitality.

This isn't just another wellness program. It's a carefully crafted journey that combines:

  • Live weekly sessions where we dive deep into understanding your unique nervous system
  • A comprehensive library of resources developed over my decade of practice
  • Therapeutic tools from acceptance and commitment therapy
  • Feminine yoga sequences designed for nervous system regulation
  • Guided meditations and relaxation practices
