My work centres on nervous system based counselling for women who are ready to move out of survival mode and into something steadier.
Sessions are available online and in person, and are paced gently according to your nervous system’s capacity.
In addition to counselling, I offer seasonal group experiences for women who feel called to explore this work in community, including:

If you’re drawn to yoga but know you need deeper emotional support, we can gently integrate body-based practices into your counselling sessions.
Where appropriate, I may weave in simple, trauma-informed movement, breathwork, or grounding practices to support nervous system regulation.
There is no pressure to perform or move in any particular way. We work at a pace that feels safe and steady for your body.
