Individual Counselling

Burnout doesn’t arrive all at once. It builds — through over-care, over-functioning, emotional numbness, anxiety, and the slow disconnection from your body’s signals.

Together, we honour your nervous system as the wise guide it is.  Instead of asking “what’s wrong with me?”, we explore:

  • What has your body been protecting you from?
  • How has your system learned to keep you safe?
  • What would it feel like to be met, instead of holding it all alone?

I combine trauma-informed counselling with polyvagal awareness to help you understand your patterns — spirals, shutdowns, urgency, collapse — not with judgement, but with clarity and care. We’ll explore:

  • What moves you into survival
  • What brings you back into presence
  • How to work with your energy, not override it
  • How to rebuild trust in your body’s rhythms

This isn’t about fixing.  It’s about restoring your capacity for presence, connection, and vitality — in your own time.

Grief & Loss Counselling

From deep sorrow to steady ground.
Holding what hurts with reverence.

Grief isn’t something to “get over.”
It’s something we learn to carry — with care, with time, and, eventually, with love.

In this space, you are not asked to be strong.
You are invited to be real.

Whether your grief is fresh, lingering, complicated, or invisible — you’ll be met with tenderness. We work gently with your nervous system, your emotions, and the unique story of your loss.

Religious & Cult Trauma Recovery

From spiritual disconnection to inner truth.
Reclaiming voice, identity and intuition.

Leaving a high-demand religious or spiritual group can leave you feeling disoriented, ashamed, or unsure of your own truth. These environments often seem caring on the surface — which can make the harm harder to name.

But what you’re feeling makes sense.
