In this space, your story is held with reverence. We explore how safety, danger, and threat have lived in your body - how they’ve shaped your patterns, your pace, your way of being in the world.

Together, we’ll begin to gently attune to what resourcing truly feels like for you - not in theory, but in your lived, felt experience.

Because it’s through this nervous system understanding that we begin to access nourishment, co-regulation, and the quiet aliveness of ventral vagal connection.

Individual Counselling

A quiet return to yourself.

Burnout, depletion, and overwhelm doesn’t arrive all at once. It builds - through over-care, over-functioning, over-giving, emotional numbness, anxiety, and the slow disconnection from your body’s signals.

Together, we honour your nervous system as the wise guide it is.  Instead of asking “what’s wrong with me?”, we explore:

  • What has your body been protecting you from?
  • How has your system learned to keep you safe?
  • What would it feel like to be met, instead of holding it all alone?
  • How did the numbing help you survive? 

I combine trauma-informed counselling with polyvagal awareness to help you understand your patterns - the spirals, shutdowns, urgency, collapse with compassion, clarity and care. We’ll explore:

  • What moves you into survival
  • What brings you back into presence
  • How to work with your energy, not override it
  • How to rebuild trust in your body’s rhythms

This isn’t about fixing.  It’s about restoring your capacity for presence, connection, and vitality - in your own time.

Grief & Loss Counselling

Holding what hurts with reverence.

Grief isn’t something to “get over.”
It’s something we learn to carry - with care, with time, and, eventually, with love.

In this space, you are not asked to be strong. You are invited to be real.

Whether your grief is fresh, lingering, complicated, or invisible - you’ll be met with tenderness. We work gently with your nervous system, your emotions, and the unique story of your loss.

Religious & Cult Trauma Recovery

From spiritual disconnection to inner truth.
Reclaiming voice, identity and intuition.

Leaving a high-demand religious or spiritual group can leave you feeling disoriented, ashamed, or unsure of your own truth. These environments often seem caring on the surface — which can make the harm harder to name.

But what you’re feeling makes sense.
Your nervous system adapted to survive.

I offer gentle, compassionate counselling for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants navigating emotional distress.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, focused on building safety, emotional regulation and daily living capacity at a pace that feels supportive and in aligned to your NDIS goals.

Road Trauma Support (RTST)

If your life has been impacted by road trauma - whether recently or in the past - you’re not alone. I offer a gentle, steady space to support the emotional and nervous system impacts that can follow accidents, loss or frightening experiences on the road.

This support is available whether you were a driver, passenger, witness, bystander, emergency responder, or someone supporting a loved one in the aftermath of a traumatic vehicle accident.

Free six counselling sessions are available through the Road Trauma Support Team of South Australia, or you’re welcome to reach out directly to explore what support feels right for you.

Please Note:

I’m a private counselling practitioner and do not offer Medicare rebates.  This means no GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan is required.

Sessions are available Australia-wide via Telehealth (Zoom), or in person if you’re local to Gawler, SA.

Once you reach out, we can usually begin within two to four weeks.

Appointments are available on weekdays, every second Friday and Saturday, as well as select evenings. Bookings are by appointment. 

To support a smooth and grounded process, payment is required via online bank transfer prior to your session.

I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a verified practitioner on Psychology Today.
