If you’re living with chronic fatigue or illness, you know how invisible and relentless it can feel.
The grief of a changing body. The pressure to keep going. The exhaustion that doesn’t shift with rest.
I see you - because I’ve lived it too.
Through my own experience with chronic illness, I’ve come to understand: healing begins with enough safety.
Not perfection. Just moments where your system can pause, exhale, and feel met.
That’s the space I hold.

What We'll Work With Together
In our sessions, we move gently and with deep respect for your body’s limits and wisdom.
Together, we’ll:
Gently track your symptoms through a polyvagal, nervous-system-informed lens
Understand how stress, illness and energy depletion show up in your body
Honour your pace, capacity and changing needs
Build small, sustainable practices that support rest, regulation and reconnection
Cultivate self-compassion as a form of nourishment, not another thing to get “right”
Where it feels supportive, I also draw from my own lived experience of chronic illness to share gentle restorative practices, including breath, relaxation and nervous-system-soothing movement that helped my own life force energy slowly restore.
This work is not about pushing through or fixing your body.
It’s about creating enough safety for healing, steadiness and self-trust to grow - one gentle step at a time.
