I was her too.

Calm on the outside.
Capable. Reliable.
The one everyone leaned on.

But underneath?
I was fraying - slowly, silently.

There came a point when my body no longer whispered ... it shut down.

My nervous system collapsed under the weight of everything I’d been carrying.

Suddenly, even light felt too much.

Noise hurt.

Being around people drained me.

My body laid me down and would not let me get back up.

I spent nearly a year horizontal.
Not simply resting - unravelling.

Gently meeting all I had pushed away:
The grief, the over-giving, the deep disconnection from myself.

That season of stillness - painful, slow, and ultimately sacred - became the foundation of the work I now offer.

Because healing doesn’t come through pushing.
It comes through presence, through attunement, through slowing down enough to listen.

It begins when your body feels safe enough to soften.

When you remember:
your body is not the enemy.


It’s the messenger - always speaking on behalf of what’s been too much, too fast, for too long.

This space isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about guiding you home - to your rhythm, your body’s wisdom, and your true self underneath it all.

From Collapse to Clarity

What saved me wasn’t a “fix” or a five-step plan.

It was learning to listen to my body again.
It was being softened rather than pushed.
It was reconnecting to the truth underneath the pain - the truth of who I really was.

I began to study what I’d long sensed but couldn’t explain:

  • How trauma lives in the body
  • How nervous system dysregulation hides behind high-functioning masks
  • How emotional healing requires slowness, safety, and soul
  • How we’re all wired for clarity, vitality, and inner steadiness - when we have the right support

This became the foundation of Nourish Your Wellbeing.

My Work Now

Today, I support intuitive, heart-led women -  just like you, who feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves.

Women who’ve held so much for others,
and are finally ready to come home to themselves.

My work is not about fixing - it’s about gently reorienting.

My offerings include trauma-informed counselling, somatic therapy, yoga, and nervous system regulation
with energetic guidance through Human Design and ancestral healing via Family Constellations.

This is a deeply personalised path - grounded in your story, your body, and your soul’s timing.

I’m drawn to beauty that heals - warm tea, slow rituals, and spaces that feel like home in the body. My work weaves structure and soul: a blend of presence, clarity, and deep reverence for what unfolds gently.

Beyond the titles - counsellor, yoga therapist, nervous system educator — I’m someone who has known quiet collapse. Chronic fatigue. Burnout no one else seemed to see. This work isn’t just what I offer - it’s what I’ve lived.

My energy listens deeply. I guide with quiet intuition, emotional insight, and grounded steadiness - helping women soften overwhelm into clarity, and reclaim their vitality without force.

Outside the therapy space, you’ll often find me in an abstract painting class, walking in nature, or tending to my veggie garden.

I prioritise nervous system care in my own life too - with regular visits to my naturopath, massage therapist, and bodywork practitioners. These rituals help me stay grounded, nourished, and present in the work I do.

These moments of beauty and flow shape how I live and hold space.

I don’t offer fixes. I offer attuned presence, embodied guidance, and a sanctuary to come home - softly, steadily, and in your own time.
