The Calm Corner is a softly held resource space I’ve created for my counselling clients - and for anyone who may be needing a little extra support between sessions or when you may be feeling distressed.
It’s here for the moments when your system feels overwhelmed or flat, foggy or on edge - when you’re moving through burnout, deep fatigue, or simply feeling stuck in survival mode.
There’s nothing to fix here. Just a quiet place to land, listen, feel, and begin to gently come home to yourself.
