I offer two weekly yoga classes on Wednesday evenings — Restore & Regulate and Pre-Natal Yoga & Relaxation — each one a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body and find a steady rhythm within.
Grounded in nervous system awareness and trauma-sensitive practice, these classes are designed to support balance in both body and mind. Through slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep rest, you’ll be guided to notice what’s happening in your internal landscape — and begin to cultivate more safety, spaciousness, and ease.
Whether you’re navigating stress, pregnancy, fatigue, or simply need a midweek exhale, this space is here to meet you as you are.

Restore & Regulate Yoga
Wednesdays at 6pm to 7.15pm
Fee: $15 Per Session / $60 for 5 Class Pass
Restore & Regulate Yoga is a gentle and grounding practice designed to support balance in both body and mind.
Blending slow, mindful movement with breath awareness and relaxation, this class helps calm the nervous system and release physical and mental tension.
Each session includes time to settle, a gentle sequence attuned to the group, and a nourishing period of deep rest to close.
This practice is ideal for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and finding a sense of spaciousness within.
Suitable for all levels, Restore & Regulate Yoga offers a midweek pause to soften, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself—leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and at ease.

Prenatal Yoga and Relaxation weekly classes are a nourishing space to gently reconnect with breath, body, and baby. Held on Wednesday evenings at Riverdell, these classes invite mothers-to-be to rest, soften, and deepen into the sacred journey of pregnancy.
With warmth and care, I guide each class using my training in prenatal yoga and relaxation. We’ll move gently, use supportive props, and create spaciousness for stillness and connection. It’s a nurturing environment to support bonding, ease anxiety, and invite deeper rest and inner trust.
Limited to 8 mats only, to honour the individual care and attention I give each woman. No experience needed – simply come as you are and be held.
