NDIS Counselling

Gentle, grounded counselling for self-managed and plan-managed participants, supporting emotional regulation, stability and day-to-day capacity in ways that align with your NDIS goals.

Trauma-aware, nervous system-informed support

I offer gentle, grounded counselling for self-managed and plan-managed participants, supporting emotional regulation, stability and day-to-day capacity in ways that align with your NDIS goals.

I’ve worked as a counsellor in the NDIS space for over six years across community and private practice. I understand the everyday living challenges, mental health pressures, and the systemic barriers many participants face within community and mental health systems.

My approach is practical, respectful and paced to real life - not ideal conditions.

Over time, many clients begin to notice:

  • Less overwhelm and shutdown
  • More confidence in their boundaries and choices
  • Greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and resilience in everyday moments

Where helpful, I can also collaborate with your support coordinator or allied health team - always with your consent and in a way that protects your voice and autonomy.

This space is here to help you reconnect with yourself, in a way that feels steady, supported, and sustainable.

Together, we'll explore:

How your body responds to stress and overwhelm (fight, flight, freeze or shutdown)

What helps you feel more anchored, steady and resourced

How trauma, grief or long-term stress impacts your energy, mood and daily functioning

Practical tools to support regulation, emotional steadiness and participation in daily life

Your values, goals and what meaningful progress looks like for you

This work isn’t about pushing change.

It’s about creating enough safety for capacity, confidence and choice to grow.

Getting Started

I keep the process simple and pressure-free:

Step 1: Explore how I work and see if this feels like a fit
Step 2: You or your support team are welcome to reach out with questions
Step 3: Book a free 20-minute Clarity Call
Step 4: If it feels right, we’ll book your first session, organise the counselling service agreement (signed by you or your guardian), and begin
