Hi, I'm Kate

I’m a nervous system based counsellor supporting high functioning women who feel like they can’t keep doing this anymore.

On the outside, you may look capable and steady.
On the inside, you’re exhausted, wired at night, and quietly overwhelmed.

I work with women who have been strong for a long time. Women who are used to holding everything together. Women who are ready to stop surviving and start feeling like themselves again.

My approach is grounded, compassionate and body aware. We focus on helping your nervous system move out of survival mode so you can feel calm, sleep deeply and reconnect with your own rhythm.

You don’t need to push harder.
You don’t need to be stronger.
You need support that meets your body where it is.

And that’s the work we do here.

My work is informed by counselling, nervous system science and embodied practices including yoga based awareness and systems informed approaches. These modalities support the depth of our work together, but the focus is always simple: helping your body feel safe enough to soften.
